- Effective 01st January 2023, 1000Hrs IST onwards for customers arriving from China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Republic of Korea, Thailand, and Japan including children and infants shall be mandatorily required to submit self-health declaration form on Air Suvidha Portal.

Following passenger categories are exempted from above mentioned requirement
• Constitutional functionaries and healthcare professionals
• Children below the age of 2 years
• Passengers travelling under emergency situations such as death in family, medical treatment etc., In such situations passengers swab will be taken on arrival and further action shall be decided basis the test result.

Quarantine:
• Mandatory 7 day institutional quarantine for All students arriving from Kerala State in pursuance of their studies in any discipline but not restricted to nursing, medical, engineering, para medical, etc.

• Passengers those who fully vaccinated i.e.., those who have received both doses are exempted from pre-departure RT-PCR requirement on production of final vaccination certificate.

If Travelling only to Kannur & Calicut

• Adherence to any above guidelines will lead to 14 days of Home Quarantine

For passenger arriving in Coimbatore, following shall apply.
• It is mandatory for all passengers arriving in CJB to have Auto E-Pass & also carry a negative RT-PCR report not earlier than 72 hours (Irrespective of the vaccination status).
• Incase the passenger arrives without RT-PCR report, COVID testing shall be done free of cost at the airport and the passengers shall be released after sample is taken. Further action will be taken basis the test result.
Quarantine:
- 07 days of Home Quarantine & 07 days of self monitoring for all passengers arriving into Tamil Nadu from Maharashtra & Kerala.
- 14 days of self monitoring for all passengers arriving into Tamil Nadu from other states/UT.
- Business travelers coming to Tamil Nadu for short stay (less than 72 hours) are exempted from home quarantine. Not applicable for passengers arriving into CJB.
- Symptomatic passengers will be required to go for Institutional Quarantine till the time COVID test results are available, at the discretion of Health Officials. Post which they will be required to complete remaining period of Home Quarantine.
All passengers travelling to Tamil Nadu shall be required to register on State website and obtain TN e-pass- Generate e-Pass

Passengers in possession of final vaccination certificate, i.e., those who have taken both doses and completed 15 days from the receipt of the 2nd dose shall be exempted from pre-departure RT-PCR/TrueNAT/CBNAAT/RAT requirement however all such passengers shall be required to undergo RT-PCR/RAT test on arrival as suggested by the authorities free of cost.

• If the passenger is found positive necessary protocols laid down by state authorities will be followed.

• Passengers travelling to Uttar Pradesh state are mandatorily required to be in possession of RT-PCR negative report of not older than 72Hours from an ICMR accredited lab or a COVID vaccination Final Certificate (i.e., two doses complete and 15 days have surpassed after the receipt of the 2nd dose). RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.

Quarantine:
• NIL, However passengers arriving from Maharashtra and Kerala if found to be symptomatic on arrival shall be required to undergo 14 days home quarantine.
